SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messaging communications from Emergency Medical Services University, LLC d/b/a EMS University (“EMS University,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to individuals who have provided express consent to receive SMS messages from us.

1. Program Description

EMS University may send conversational and informational text messages related to your inquiry, student support, class reminders, scheduling, attendance follow-up, enrollment follow-up, account assistance, and other customer care matters.

2. Opt-In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from EMS University by providing your mobile phone number through an EMS University form or other documented consent channel and expressly checking or otherwise affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages from us. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive will depend on your relationship with EMS University and the nature of your request, enrollment, coursework, or support needs.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

5. Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from EMS University. After you send STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program unless you opt in again.

7. Supported Carriers / Delivery

Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your use of our SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
